Delivery, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Items (depending on stock availability) are normally dispatched by Royal Mail, 2nd Class Post, within 2 working days of the order being placed (unless the Post Office is on strike). All postage costs within the UK are included in the price shown. Any shipments outside the UK will be priced accordingly and you will be advised before dispatch by email or telephone of the appropriate charge.
We endeavour to ensure all items advertised on our website are available for immediate dispatch. If an item is currently out of stock, this will show on the website and you will not be able to order this item.
Due to the nature of the usage of our product, any items opened and worn CANNOT be returned for a refund unless they are faulty.
You have 21 days in which to return any unwanted goods (unopened and in the original packaging) for a full refund. We do not pay the returns postage.
Please return items to address on your email invoice, enclosing a copy of the email invoice. Your payment will be credited within 7 days of the safe return of the goods.
To cancel your order prior to dispatch, contact us. Your card will be refunded if your order has been processed.
By placing an order to purchase goods from Skinny Sams, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. You will be sent an email notification of your Order. Your order is deemed to have been accepted by us upon email notification that your order has been dispatched.

Currency of Transactions and Payment Methods Accepted
We currently accept Visa, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Mastercard. An email invoice will be included with your order.
The currency we accept is pound sterling.
