Delivery, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Items (depending on stock availability) are normally dispatched by Royal Mail, 2nd Class Post the same day or within 2 working days (for Printed Tights) of the order being placed (unless the Post Office is on strike). All postage costs within the UK are Free. Any shipments outside the UK will be priced accordingly and you will be advised before dispatch by email or telephone of the appropriate charge.

At checkout you have the option to choose either 1st Class Post for an extra £1.00 or Special Delivery Next Day (if ordered before 3pm Monday-Thursday) at an extra cost of £6.95 – with this option, someone will have to be at the address, between 9am and 1pm, to sign for the package.

POSTING DATES FOR CHRISTMAS: The Last Posting Date to Guarantee your Tights in time for Christmas is Monday 17th December 2018. Our last dispatch date before Christmas is Thursday 20th December 2018.  Any Orders after this date will be processed, but not dispatched until Wednesday 2nd January 2019.

We endeavour to ensure all items advertised on our website are available for immediate dispatch. If an item is currently out of stock, this will show on the website and you will not be able to order this item.

Due to the nature of the usage of our product, any items opened and worn CANNOT be returned for a refund unless they are faulty.

All our items are quality control checked at time of dispatch.

You have 21 days in which to return any unwanted goods (unopened and in the original packaging) for a full refund. We do not pay the returns postage.

Please return items to address on your email invoice, enclosing a copy of the email invoice. Your payment will be credited within 7 days of the safe return of the goods.

To cancel your order prior to dispatch, contact us. Your card will be refunded if your order has been processed
